Therefore the principle of the powers separation is one of the most vital discussions about natural rights of nations which are due to controlling political power and preventing power centralization. In Islamic republic of Iran the main patterns of political system is based on separation of powers' principles and aims to prevent power centralization and related corruption. In this essay for more acquaintance with powers separation in west and also present Islamic scientists ideas. On the other hand we will discuss the different types of separation of powers and founded systems. اندیشمندان حقوق عمومی در توجیه فلسفه تفکیک قوا آن را تضمینی برای امنیت و جلوگیری از استبداد ذکر می‌نمایند. به همین دلیل اصل تفکیک قوا از مباحث مهم مطروحه در حقوق اساسی اکثر کشورها در جهت کنترل قدرت سیاسی نهادینه شده است. خطوط اصلی نظام سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر مبنای اصل تفکیک قوا و با هدف جلوگیری از تمرکز قدرت و فساد های ناشی از آن می‌باشد. در این مقاله جهت آشنایی با نظریه های تفکیک قوا، ابتدا به مطالعه اندیشه های طرح تفکیک قوا در غرب و تفکیک قوا در اندیشه علمای شیعی می پردازیم و به دنبال آن انواع تفکیک قوا و نظام های مبتنی بر آن را ارائه می نماییم. https://jlq.ut.ac.ir/article_21615_e7b52beb1f51af721e986cc16ccc59ef.pdf
