But this system, like other man-made systems, has inadequacies which must be rectified. In this article, legal system of Iran has been studied from legal point of view and necessary proposals have been presented in order to remove these defects: Main axis of discussions are as follows: Notion and content of the right to social security and it's governing principles like as universality, Comprehensiveness and equality and duty of the government in this regard; Examination of structures and organizations required to implement it; Discriminations, conflicts, overlaps and irrational rules and pathology of system of enacting the laws and regulation in Iran's social security system.
