These contracts have since been subject to the various critieques raised by international oil companies, foreign investors, or petroleum experts from inside or outside of the oil and gas industry of Iran. Dealing with those important critieques that have been subject to the scientific and industry backgrounds with particular observations on contractual and legal issues, will be the core subject of the crticial overview in this Article.
