Therefore, different mechanisms have been created to defend the citizen’s rights one of which is <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ombudsman</span>. Ombudsman acts as mediator and communicative bridge between governments and citizens and its classic primitive task is non-judicial and neutrally caring to citizen’s compliance against governmental and public organs. Therefore these institutions do need independence from difference government and public organs and specially those under their own control.
