From the ambiguities be studied in this case, is the issue of the effect or effectiveness of the bankruptcy of these the two corporations on each other. In this regard, the principle of the financial independence of these two corporations, due to their independent legal entity on the one hand and financial and administrative relations between them on the other hand, should be considered. In this article, it is tried to, by investigation of the financial relations and responsibilities between these two corporations during their lifetime, achieve to offer a clear answer in this issue. The result of article indicate the effect of the bankruptcy of parent corporation to subsidiary and itʼs entering to the valley of dissolution in practice and probable liability of parent corporation in the case of bankruptcy of subsidiary corporation. <em>موضوع شرکت‌های مادر و تابعه، به‌دلیل نقش آنها در عرصۀ‌ تجاری-اقتصادی، همواره از مسائل بحث‌برانگیز محافل حقوقی بوده است. از جمله ابهاماتی که در این مورد قابلیت تحقیق و بررسی دارد، مسئلۀ تأثیر یا عدم تأثیر ورشکستگی این دو شرکت بر یکدیگر است. در این زمینه، اصل استقلال مالی این دو شرکت به‌دلیل شخصیت حقوقی مستقل آنها از یک ‌سو و روابط مالی و مدیریتی بین آنها از سوی یکدیگر، باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش، سعی شده است با بررسی روابط و مسئولیت‌های بین این دو شرکت در طول حیاتشان، به ارائۀ پاسخی روشن در این خصوص دست یابیم. ماحصل پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر ورشکستگی شرکت مادر بر تابعه و ورود آن به وادی انحلال در عمل و مسئولیت احتمالی شرکت مادر در فرض ورشکستگی شرکت تابعه است.</em> https://jlq.ut.ac.ir/article_62612_7c6e085c69ac9575fb051f82ad533b96.pdf
