To understand a legal rule must be interpreted and for interpretation we have to argue about that. Therefore, there are a strong relationship between reasoning, interpretation and law. Furthermore, the three categories of base, source and purpose of the legal statement are considered as the contributors to each legal system. The purpose of this study is to explore influence of ideology on different interpretations of same legal rule. We discuss  problem, social justice and fairness in law, the origins of different sometimes conflicting rules in the same subjects. This can damage the realization of the order as one of the goals of the legal system. This phenomenon is explained as pluralism of legal argument, which is shaped by various factors including ideology as the most notable. The mutual relation between law and ideology in legal pluralism is controversial. It can be concluded that depending on what the ideology governing the mind of a legal practitioner is, his kind of argument in the interpretation of the legal rules will be equally different. <em>حقوق اساساً پدیده‌ای اجتماعی است، بنابراین در ارتباط کامل با علوم اجتماعی دیگر است. برای فهم یک قاعدة حقوقی، باید آن را تفسیر کرد و برای تفسیر نیز ناگزیر از استدلال خواهیم بود. بنابراین رابطة میان استدلال، تفسیر و حقوق پیوندی ناگسستنی است. در کنار این امر سه مقولة مبنا، منبع و هدف قاعدة حقوقی شاکلة هر نظام حقوقی تلقی می‌شود. آنچه محل اشکال است، آن است که اگر در حقوق در پی اجرای عدالت اجتماعی هستیم، چرا در موضوعات مشابه استدلال‌های متفاوت و بعضاً متعارض شکل می‌گیرد؟ این پدیده به‌عنوان کثرت‌گرایی استدلال حقوقی تبیین شده است. رابطة متقابل حقوق و ایدئولوژی در کثرت‌گرایی استدلال قابل بحث است؛ بسته به اینکه ایدئولوژی حاکم بر ذهن یک دادرس حقوقی چه چیزی باشد، نوع استدلال او در تفسیر قواعد حقوقی نیز به همان اندازه متفاوت خواهد بود که در این پژوهش به‌تفصیل از آن سخن خواهد رفت.</em> https://jlq.ut.ac.ir/article_75376_072fe95e9836289c4977eb1edd8fdc9a.pdf
