REVIEW OF IRAN AGRICULTURAL RULES SECTION IN THE LIGHT OF WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (WTO) AGREEMENT ON AGRICULTURE

Abstract

Each country who wants to access the world Trade Organization have to
correspond their regulation with WTO principles. One of the areas where
rules uniformity must be done, is in the agricultural section. This subject is
reviewed, In Uruguay Round as Agricultural Agreement. Iran must
coordinate its regulation in agricultural part with World Trade Organization
and its agreement regulations. However, Because this important issue has
not been studied in Iranian legal literature, In The first chapter, we examine
the history of Agreement and in the second chapter describe the basic
principles of the agreement and WTO, Then in the next chapter I will
attempt to review agricultural Iranian laws contrasts against the agreement
And in the last chapter in addition to Enumerate rules contrasts, Offer our
Proposed solutions to the legislators.
