One of the subjects about the “La Zarar” rule that always had been controversial is survey for positive aspect of it. Not only opponents but also researchers that sought to answer the objections of the positive aspect of the rule enter the discussion on the assumption that the evidence of the “La Zarar, rule is the La Zarar hadith, in story of Ansari man and Samorah-ibn Jondab discored. This assumption is the main cause of the La Zarar rule. writers contrary to this agreed tradition begin to prove the La Zarar application in absent decrees and answer to objections of it. At the first, relying to the wisdom decree and decisive procedure of wises as the main evidences of the La Zarar rule and believing that other word evidences like the La Zarar hadith is guiding to the wisdom decree or confirming to the procedure of wises.
